- Do I need a patch test before colour?
- Yes for first-time colour clients. It takes two minutes and must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment.
- How long does balayage take?
- Allow around three hours including toning and a blow dry. Very long or previously coloured hair can take longer, and we'll tell you at consultation.
- Can you fix box colour or a previous correction?
- Often, yes — but colour correction is quoted individually after seeing your hair. Book a complimentary consultation first.
- What if I'm not sure what I want?
- That's normal. Bring reference photos if you have them; we'll talk through what suits your hair's condition and your routine.
